Church zone control

At our Baptist church this weekend, they were really having some complications with our heating plus air conditioner… I don’t know what happened, but from the time I stepped in the doors this Sunday, I was freezing! The weather outside has been cooling off over the past few afternoons, plus the temperature outside this month were really cold. I wonder  if the maintenance men at the church building just didn’t adjust the zone control heating plus a/c plan at the church? Not only was it cold in the auditorium, but my youngsters said that it was freezing in the youngsters’ Sunday School class as well. It was so bad my oldest daughter said that the air coming through the air vents in her Sunday School classroom felt it wasn’t coming from the heating system, but that the air was coming from the a/c instead! Normally that doesn’t happen, but she said that all of the youngsters wanted to wear their large Winter season coats during class this week. I heard that the janitor plus the maintenance men at church were really working on the heating plan all during the Thanksgiving Sunday service, but I don’t know that they ever got the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning plan squared away. The interior of the building still felt as if the a/c was running by the time the service was over almost two hours later. Normally, I’m hot natured plus I don’t mind when it’s cold inside a building, but this month it was just a little bit too cold for my liking! I hope they fix the gas furnace for next week!
